I painted this dragonfly with the thoughts of a friends mother, who passed well before I met her daughter. Fierce pride of a mother for her child, fierce pride of aceptance and love. This piece is sure to bring a little rainbow into the darkness. Let your pride show. Be who you are, unless of course you can be a dragonfly, then be a dragonfly!
